I put Vladka on a bus from Blackburn to Darwen while I rode my bike back. I’ve arrived and she’s still at Blackamoor! Took me roughly half hour, and I’m on a new bike with harder gearing lol. Cheers to single speeders the land over :)

Club Ride to Lacul TarniĊ£a - 4600 feet of...
Last Sunday over 20 people joined together for a great day of riding to Lacul (Lake) Tarnita. I could tell from the map that these were quite large lakes and that we would be riding round most of them. What I couldn’t tell from the map though was that these were man made lakes, there as a result of a huge dam. Most of the ride was along beautiful roads lined with forest that occasionally...

10 miles of hill training tonight after 65 miles yesterday. Felt really good on the bike today. Definitely getting fitter and recovering faster from long rides. I haven’t forgotten to post about our ride to Gilau Dam on Sunday, just not had the time really. Will hopefully get that up for guys tomorrow.
